Please tell the viewers why you are seeking your respective offices and elaborate on the difference you will make for the City of Danbury.

1. Could you explain why Mark Boughton takes credit for projects that were initiated by the Eriquez administration (e.g., new aprking garage, Magnet School). In fact, in Boughton's three terms in office, could you point out one project he has done from concept to completion (besides the sprinker system at Roger's Park).

Do you think informing the public of Boughton's weaknesses, dishonest leadership, and partisan stonewalling is critical to you winning the election and if som, how do you plan to point out Boughton's negatives to an uninformed public when the local media does a poor job of covering local government?

Out of fairness I hope you have the same type of show planned for the Republican Candidates.

The Republicans are too partisan and scared to come on the show. They would have a hard time explaining anything because they take their cues from the Mayor.
Rubber stampers like the cheerleader Mary Teicholz, pitbull Joe Cavo, flip-flopper Rob Riley and the clueless Pauline Basso would get eaten alive.
My first question to any Republican would be why don't you ask any questions during the Common Council meeting yet vote 99.99999999999 percent of the time lock in step with the mayor?
My second would be why do you pass legislation only to form an ad-hoc committee the next meeting to fix the screw-ups the Democrats pointed out when the legislation was up for a vote?
My third would be can you explain how a seven year tax break for a developer who turns around and changes his apartment complex into a dorm benefits Danbury?
My fourth would be why do you associate with the likes of Elise Marciano and criticize members of Stop the Raids?
My fifth would be why do you nominate city employees to the Common Council; why did you nominate Joe Cavo (a city employee) to be President of the Council?
I could go on...

Very informative show. I was impressed with Abrantes nomination speech as well as her outlook for the city. I'm going to go to her restaurant just to talk to her about a few issues she didn't bring up on the show but I'm very impressed from what I see from her thus far.
