How do we know what Gucker says is the truth?

He's telling the truth because I'm someone who's been fighting against Cotswold for years.

Thanks for standing up for everyone Ken. If I lived in the 2nd ward instead of the 1st ward, I'd vote for you.

Simple, come crawl under the bridge and see what condition it is in for yourself. As for the development of Coltswold, Many people including me were in the hallway at City hall the night the Mayor stated that he was going to look into the city preserving the parcel as open space. There were at least 8 people standing there listening to the Mayor. Coltswold is trying to build too many multifamily homes on a parcel from 45 degree to 70 degree sloped hillside. this area could support some houses on the areas that do not pose a threat to the stream. the developer wants more $$ than that would generate. You can walk the city land along the stream to see what is what for yourself. Research for the truth, you don't have to take Ken Guckers word or anyone elses for that matter. If you really care and aren't just looking to be a spoiler you will stop typing and start walking, looking and attending the meetings at City hall to research the truth for yourself. We are so used to liers that when a truth is told we can't recognise it anymore. So is the answer to believe no one or to teach ourseves the truths?
